I quite often get adverts for air travel on my facebook page so I post comments about the impacts of flying has on the environment. I occasionally get people liking my comments and some other people have done similar posts.

I also get people arguing against me. However, at least it has made them think about the impacts of flying.

It is also important to break out of ‘preaching to the converted’ since most of the people who see my facebook posts are already aware and think about the impacts of flying.

Not the most brilliant piece of campaigning but i think it is worth spending a couple of seconds doing it when I am checking Facebook.

Luckily, due to Facebook tracking what I am interested in I now get more adverts about air travel.
