   Could you do this again, but for “Moorside” please?

   Notice that Sellafield, immediately adjacent, is not a “top-tier” COMAH establishment, but a “lower tier” COMAH establishment according to the HSE in Draft NPS (EN-6) 5.13.42 p.216). I find this hard to accept at face value. The legislation is administered by Copeland District Council (5.13.42)!!!!

   Maybe you could show the overlapping evacuation zones of Sellafield and Moorside, compared with Fukushima??
